We recently completed an advanced audio-visual conferencing system installation for a university council chamber. From high-quality microphones and HD cameras to a streamlined equipment rack, every detail ensures crystal-clear sound and visuals for lectures, presentations, and discussions. Project Overview
The goal was to create a fully functional and easy-to-operate AV environment for the university council chamber, enhancing both functionality and user experience. Our scope included complete system design, equipment selection and procurement, on-site installation, and system commissioning. The chamber features a large LED wall, 4K PTZ cameras, professional video processors, and a central control system. All devices are managed through a touch panel, allowing users to quickly start meetings, switch presentation content, and adjust volume without complex setups. The system also supports remote connections for hybrid meetings and events.
